Privacy Policy

Account data: your name, email address, organization name and the team members you invite.

Billing data: your plan, subscription status, billing period and invoice history. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us.

Product data: the business metrics, targets, watchlists and alert preferences you create or connect.

Support data: the name, email and message you send through the support form or by email.

Technical data: basic log and error information needed to keep the app running and secure.

To provide and secure your account, to calculate the dashboards and alerts you ask for, to take payment and send billing notices, to answer support requests, and to fix problems in the product. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: our hosting and database provider (application hosting, authentication and data storage) and Stripe (payments, invoicing and tax calculation). Each processes data only to deliver their part of the service.

Account and product data is kept while your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymize it, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes, which are retained as long as the law requires.

You can view and edit your account details in Settings, cancel your subscription at any time, and turn alert emails and notifications on or off. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email info@businesspulse.io from the address on your account and we will respond promptly.

We use cookies and browser storage only for essentials: keeping you signed in and remembering your in-app preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.

Access to your data requires authentication, and database access rules restrict each account to its own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Business Pulse is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
