Terms of Service

Business Pulse is a web application that organizes business metrics into five category tiles with a health status, an insight and a suggested next action. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for all activity under your account, including invited team members. Each plan includes a fixed number of seats; you may not share a single login across multiple people.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at sign-up and the first charge is made when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Trials are limited to one per customer.

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout and added to your total.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend access until the balance is paid. We will give at least 30 days notice by email before changing the price of your plan.

You can cancel at any time from Settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break or probe our security, no reselling access, no uploading data you have no right to use, and no automated scraping beyond documented API access.

You keep ownership of the data you enter or connect. You grant us permission to process it solely to operate and improve the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim for continuous availability but do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment. Support is provided by email at info@businesspulse.io.

Business Pulse presents metrics, forecasts and suggested actions for informational purposes. It is not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your business decisions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that create legal or security risk, and will give notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept the update.
